I’ve known Jamie for a few years now and he is always willing to answer any questions. 6 months ago I started working with Jamie on increasing my endurance and running techniques. With Jamie’s help and guidance I’ve gone from being a 20km Obstacle Course racer to Completing a 50km Ultra a 10km Super and 5km Sprint Spartan event all in one weekend.
