Training Services
Before starting any training or program with Run Vault Performance, we will conduct a health and fitness background check to ensure the training is specific to your needs and safe to do.

Jamie is a busy dad with a professional day job, just like me - so he genuinely understands how hard it can be at our age, with our responsibilities to give our health and fitness the attention it deserves. Jamie has been instrumental in my developing my health/fitness overall. I have a range of fitness interests - OCR, trail/road running, triathlon (soon, prepping now for my first), etc. Running with Jamie, and talking through event specific strength training has been a great help to me. The real value is learning the 'why'. During those runs Jamie has helped me understand why we train the way we do. I understand the connection between the strength routines he put together for me, and the event I am preparing for.

To compete and reach personal goals in ultra events, you need to be firing on all cylinders: right training, strength work, nutrition, hydration, mindset, equipment, strategy, body maintenance etc.
Having been there and succeeded many times himself, Jamie is an absolutely essential coach to have in your corner for whatever fitness objective or event you’re targeting. Jamie was instrumental in helping me crack my first km ultra distance at age 50 and, most importantly, there was gas left in the tank and I’ve recovered well to focus on my next goal event. Highly recommended.
You will not find a more passionate and attentive coach and mentor. Jamie works with you, listens to your needs and will put together a program that will suit you. He is encouraging and will help with nutrition, to get stronger and fitter! Highly recommend!
